As breeders of Australian Labradoodles we strive to produce quality dogs that become wonderful family pets. We are dedicated to moving our lines forward, adhering to the Breed Standard, and in doing so, assist the Australian Labradoodle breed towards ANKC recognition.
We specialize in miniature to medium sized Labradoodles with easy care, low allergenic fleece or wool coats.
The puppies we breed are usually in the chocolate colour range: chocolate, cafe, lavender, parchment and occasionally caramel.
Our Family
I have been a qualified Veterinary Nurse for many years, and my husband Jim, is a registered Veterinarian. We take responsible pet ownership and breeding very seriously, and with our combined extensive knowledge and experience we are producing quality puppies of sound health and temperament. Combined we have over 30 years of veterinary experience, and with this knowledge we ensure only healthy, well socialised pups are placed in homes.
We have two young children who are actively involved with all our animals. We have a small number of dogs that all live with us, so we know their health and temperaments thoroughly. We have nine wonderful Labradoodles who are part of our breeding program, and one Spoodle (who will initiate our foundation lines). Tora is our origin bitch and will retire from our breeding program shortly. Digger, Barkley and Ned Kelly are our stud dogs. Willow, Murraya, Heidi, Delilah, Madeliene and Cpt Pugwash will hopefully be future stud dogs here at Goanna Hill.
Location
We live in Central Western New South Wales ( NSW ). On our property of 200 acres we breed cattle and have a menagerie of farm animals and pets. Our dogs are walked daily on our property and enjoy running in our paddocks and swimming in our dams, and especially playing with the kids!
Breeding & Puppies
Our dogs are all health tested for hereditary diseases before breeding, and have proven themselves to have wonderful temperaments.
We are proud members of the Australian Labradoodle Association and are bound to their code of ethics.
All companion puppies will be desexed, vaccinated, wormed and microchipped before going to their new homes, and we offer a three year limited health guarantee. All of our breeding dogs are PRA eye tested before breeding, so all puppies will never develop this disease. All pups come with extensive puppy care notes and life time support and veterinary advice from us if needed. I have been involved with puppy pre-school for many years and puppies will be started with some basic education before they leave us.
